The home includes three full bathrooms, including one with a jetted tub for relaxing. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking, a cozy living room with a large sectional, and a dining room with a table that seats six. The screened-in patio is ideal for staying cool during the summer or enjoying a cozy evening in cooler months. For entertainment, every bedroom is equipped with a TV, making it easy for guests to relax and unwind in their own space. Parking is available in the driveway for up to four vehicles. Guest access During your stay, you will be renting the entire home and you're welcome to use any of the amenities provided. Other things to note The pool is not heated. Pool availability is seasonal. The exact time when the pool will be opened in spring is largely dependent on the weather and how much rain we get. Please keep this in mind when booking for April and May dates Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture, in the beds or in the pool. There is a $300 fine for the additional cleaning if we find that a pet has been in the pool . No parties or gatherings.
