Easy to find, the entrance opens into a small sitting room with TV or just sit quietly reading a book. This leads through to the dining room and Kitchen area where there is a sheltered outdoor area with timber dining suite and Gas BBQ. Ideal space to keep a small outdoor dog where they can see you and still be sheltered from the elements. Next to the kitchen, opening out to a generous landscaped courtyard, is another small lounge area with TV and separate Laundry with toilet facility. The back courtyard has an outdoor shower with hot and cold taps, and a comfortable outdoor setting with large shade umbrella for summer evening BBQ dinners. Retiring to the upstairs level there are three spacious bedrooms, all with builtin wardrobes and ceiling fans. The bathroom is quite luxurious with free standing bathtub and a large walk in shower recess with rain-like shower head to help you relax. In the hall there is provision for a small study nook with desk and chair .This flows through to the main living room that opens out onto the large balcony where you can see the ocean over Pippi Beach. A large Comfortable lounge where you can watch TV, read a book, or maybe just have an afternoon nap. The outdoor balcony has a large dining setting where you can have a cup of tea or even bottle of bubbly while drinking in the ambience of one of Yamba's best beaches. Linen is NOT provided. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba 6646 1571. We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies. PET FRIENDLY - Please do not allow your dog inside. Holiday tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and damage your dog may cause. When booking, you must put down breed of dog in the special requests section.
