You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with doors closed No Excess cleaning and leftovers BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned. An additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned Additionally, please note the following rules and guidelines during your stay: Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
