Features: Living Area: The spacious living room offers an open layout with coastal décor, providing ample seating and spectacular ocean views. Large sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony, where you can enjoy the sunrise and endless ocean views. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and an open dining area with seating for six at the table and three additional stools at the counter, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with family and friends.
