The bedroom downstairs has bunk beds with queen on the bottom. Up to 12 people on each side of the duplex. You are leasing one side of a duplex. The space This home is newly remodeled, modern and spacious. This home allows for 12 guests to stay comfortably. 2 smart TV's are located throughout, perfect to kick back and watch a game or have a family movie night.
