This bright apartment has a high ceiling, 4.2 meters. Only 2 minutes walk from the subway station. There are typical Taiwanese food store, drink store, breakfast store nearby, and just walk 2 min. to reach supermarket which is really convenient. One master double bedroom ensuite with bidget toilet seat and the double bed is 152*188cm; one double bed room also provide double bed is 152*188cm ; the high-ceiling attic can easily accommodate 2-4 persons，include 2 singles increase mattress (Width105*Length210*Depth10cm ) and 2 Japanese-style tatami mats (W90*L200*D5cm) are available upon request for the 7th room guests. Indoor use space nearly 40 ping. Quiet, bright, and cozy wooden interior design could easily allow you to spend all day in this apartment. Even if 4~7 adults stay in the high ceiling living room, you will still feel so cozy. This fully furnished apartment with all amenities definitely make you feel at home. Walking down to the street, you can enjoy all kinds of delicious Taiwanese food. The world famous landmark, Taipei 101, is only 3 subway stops away. Because this apartment is located by the subway station with 2 lines (South line meets North line.), you can reach all of suburbs from south to north and go to all shopping spots from west to east. The apartment will only be cleaned and tidy up once before you check in, all the beddings and towels are being washed and dried before provide to our guest. In order to support environmental protection, we encourage our guest to bring along their towel and toothbrushes and toothpaste. However we will still provide 1 standard size towel 70x40cm for guest as well and no large size towel will be provided, please bring your own if you need it. Based on hygienic considerations, no soap will be provided, we will not provide soap but liquid soap for the guest. ★ 整棟大樓禁止抽煙 ★室內若有損壞物品，需造價賠償 ★晚上10點後請務必降低音量 避免打擾鄰居 ★請外出時,務必關閉冷氣機電源、和其它室內所有電源設備 ★ 請保管好您的鑰匙,若有遺失,得酌收台幣1000元 ★垃圾請務必丟棄於垃圾桶內,做垃圾分類和資源回收。飲料瓶請倒空後再丟棄飲料瓶。如圾垃已滿請將垃圾完整密封後送到垃圾集中處丟棄,以防蟑螂及果蠅孳生。若垃圾沒有確實打包好、室內環境過度髒亂，我們會加收清潔費台幣1,500元 ★請按照在Airbnb訂房的正確人數入住，如入住人數是1~4人，僅提供主臥室及次臥室的完整寢具組。1~4人入住，如需使用閣樓房間的加床，請於入住前告知我們，並於入住時，每套寢具組加收500台幣的清潔費用。 ★訪客拜訪請事先通知我們，如果訪客會留夜，請入住前在Airbnb申請加人加床房客費用 ★NO smoking in the entire property ★we’ll charge the original price if our belongings in the apartment being damaged ★Please keep your voice down after 22:00 ★Remember to love the earth and turn off the power & air conditioner when not in use and out of the apartment ★Please keep the room key safe.If it is lost, you will be charged $TWD1000 ★Since Taiwan has policy to separate the trash either recycle or non-recycle, we’ll provide you plastic bag for such purpose and if the trash can is full, please take the trash bag to dumpster. If too much trash leave inside the apartment, we will charge extra TWD$1,500 for cleaning cost. ★Please check in according to the correct number of people booked on Airbnb. If the number of occupants is 1 to 4 people, only the complete bedding set for the master bedroom and the second bedroom will be provided.
