Other things to note There is someone living upstairs, and as the house is almost 100 years old, you might hear a footstep or a creak. Thermostat for the heat and A/C are controlled through a central system upstairs. Settings are kept at a comfortable temperature in your space, (you can open/close the ceiling air vents in the bedrooms, living room and entry). If you would like the settings adjusted just let us know. For additional heat, there’s a fireplace in the living room and floor heat in the bathrooms and kitchen. To ensure the security of our property, exterior security cameras operate 24/7, although please be assured that there is no surveillance within interior spaces. We respect your privacy and have ensured that the camera in the private patio remains deactivated during your stay.
