Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children. The space Easy access to Highway 123, this cottage sits on a cute private piece of land that is surrounded by trees and a privacy fence in the back for lots of privacy. Only 6 minutes from Clemson and minutes from waterfalls, hiking trails and gardens! There is a front door with a deck and chairs for front porch sitting with a cup of coffee (the birds sound incredible) or lay in the hammock under the large tree. There’s also a side door that goes out to the fire pit. Guest access The entire place. There’s a privacy fence and trees surrounding the property that this cottage sits on that allows lots of privacy. Other things to note We just finished this build in Jan of 2023 so the exterior still has landscaping to be done. New added 2 person hammock holds up to 450 lb.. The private sitting area and fire ring is a guest favorite! Firewood is provided! The kitchen has an electric burner, electric skillet, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware goblets, pots, plastic ware etc. Pet free place with a few exceptions.. we charge a $50 pet free in the case of an exception being approved by host.
