The Lakeview cottage is 2,700 sqft of entertaining and relaxing spaces. It features 4 bedrooms, that sleep 15 people comfortably. The loft includes a large movie area with complete games area! This area is perfect for entertaining large groups and has amazing views of the lake. There are two King bedrooms and a washroom also on this floor. The second floor has a lofted games area and second living area. This living area has a large TV to snuggle up and play board games or watch a movie. There are two more bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One is equipped with a double bunk and queen bed and the other has two double beds. All bedrooms have amazing woods views where you can often see deer and other animals. A second bathroom is also conveniently located by the bedrooms with a bathtub. Weddings : Small wedding will be allowed with permission. An additional fee above booking fees will be dependent on number of guests, reach out to hosts for wedding fee costs. Weddings will not be allowed without fee being paid in full prior to check in. There is a boat launch 2 streets over at Kokomoko park for public use. Seba beach has a public beach that is a 5 minute drive. There are tons of hiking trails down the road to the left for guests to explore and enjoy the beautiful views. Quadding and snowmobiling trails are also accessible nearby! Please be mindful of private property signs. The house uses well water and reverse osmosis. If you don't enjoy non city water, we encourage you to bring some bottled water. Home is also on septic so we do encourage water conservation. Main floor is above garage, may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. There may be mayflies in May, they are vital to the health of the lake.
