Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include direct beach access, an outside shower, a charcoal grill, and a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 7 vehicles, Mid Level: As you enter the home, you will find four large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom #1 boasts ocean views and is furnished with a King bed. Bedroom #2 is furnished with a Twin bunk bed and Pyramid (Twin over Full) bunk bed. Bedrooms #1 and #2 share a large Jack and Jill bathroom with direct access from both bedrooms. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a Queen and Twin bed plus a desk for those of you who may need to get some work done. Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Queen bed. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share the full bathroom off the hallway. Top Level: As you make your way to the top level, you are greeted by the huge open floor plan living space with vaulted cathedral ceilings. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a large granite island that is perfect for serving buffet-style meals. Everyone can gather to eat at the 10 ft. long dining table that seats 10 and the breakfast bar that seats 3. The living area is spacious with ample seating and a flat-screen TV. Out on the oceanfront deck, you will find a bubbly hot tub with stunning ocean views, a covered outside picnic area, and deck furnishings. There is also a covered picnic table to enjoy your meals outdoors. Off the living area, you will find Bedroom #5, furnished with a King bed, chaise lounge, slider to the deck, and a skylight to watch the moon and stars as you go to sleep. The bedroom is connected to an oversized bathroom which has a powder room and laundry closet. Additional Notes Guest House: What sets Osprey apart from most rentals is the detached guest house. The guest house is set up like a studio apartment, with a full kitchen, a 2 person dining set, a futon, a TV, a full bathroom, and 1 King bed. Enjoy the ocean views from the private deck with seating. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub all year. Please help keep our home smoke-free for the enjoyment of all our guests. Remember to keep doors and windows closed when the heat or AC is in use. Please do not lower the thermostat below 72 degrees while using the AC. Any lower setting will cause the AC to freeze and stop functioning. We are on a septic system, PLEASE no grease in the drains, and do not overload the toilets with paper, or other items. Please keep the fridge temperature controls on the medium setting. The units have been opened more on departure day and it may take up to 12 hours for the fridge to reach optimal cooling after your arrival.
