We are casual and beach-y, steps to the Ocean, plus a brand new and well-done renovation, including deep tub, fab tile, farm sink, turquoise counter tops and original artwork throughout. And fully equipped kitchen! w wine rack and wireless printer (in case you have work to do). Our patio leads to paths of palm scrub, close to laundry facility, great restaurant, and, most importantly, steps to the boardwalk leading the way to the ocean or boardwalk gazebo seating. we are ground floor, one bedroom w bath off bedroom. we do accommodate a third guest (or second guest not sharing bedroom): bedding in living room basket (use mattress pad!) and linens in TV console drawers, as marked. housekeeping will NOT have bed made, as guest living room couch, but will clean and provide fresh linens for stay of #3 guest always. note: we do not readily accept pets but make exceptions on an individual basis, after careful scrutiny. (we do have a furry family of our own, just have had one too many bad experiences...feel free to query; ty) pool, beach, parking, coined laundry, ice machines, bike rentals, free bike racks, BBQ grills & condo picnic tables, playground, volleyball ball court, boardwalk, gazebo sitting...note Villa beach access curtailed by high tide, but Driftwood Beach (few minute walk) has full tide access, as does Great Dunes, Beach Pavilion, and Oceanview Beach within 2 miles (near Tortuga Jacks) and swimming all tides. HOWEVER, I am a text or a phone call away!!! And I am not far: in Savannah. Beach condo complex, but NOT part of Villa Condo/Tel services. Only contact Host, NOT front desk. We have a wonderful restaurant onsite. Explore the Island. We are still doing the same. Marsh trail just off Driftwood Beach. Horton Pond and trail to Horton House just across the road...glorious river sunsets by Horton House. Trails all over the Island: bike and foot! bike , foot , golf cart or car! watch your toes around the antique swivel chair (hubby has stubbed). 3rd bed for your convenience, but please follow instructions and realize that you must make it up yourself : it is your living space sofa, not a made-up bed for that sole purpose. relax and enjoy, please! & drink the water!: stainless steel activated charcoal water filter installed on kitchen cold water tap!
