With a living area of around 55 m² and the private garden with sauna barrel and a location in a south-west orientation, the apartment offers more than enough space for 2 people. On the sun terrace belonging to the apartment, with a barbecue and the beautiful lounge furniture, you can enjoy your time for two or relax directly on Lake Tegernsee, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. We have lovingly expanded and furnished the paradise using natural and high-quality materials. The space Italian designer lamps by Foscarini and other design classics by Vitra and String as well as the design furniture from the Schöner Wohnen Collection delight your eye and your senses as well as the cozy box spring bed with the best mattresses, the exceptional shower room, the separate toilet and the complete equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. Flat-screen smart TV in the living room and bedroom, Bose Soundtouch with Bluetooth, fully equipped fitted kitchen, washer-dryer, bathrobes, towels, bed linen, hairdryer and everything you need for a well-kept and stylish vacation. From the 2024 season, a 2-person outdoor sauna barrel is available for our guests in the private garden. During their stay, our guests receive the Tegernsee Card free of charge for many nice discounts. Our credo in all considerations has always been that our guests do not want to live worse on vacation than they are used to from home. The furnishings and fittings, selected with a lot of love and passion, have created a place where you like to be and to which you like to come back. Other things to note For pets we charge a fee of €12/night.
