The space You will have at your disposal a comfortable apartment with a living room, sofa bed (for 1 person), and a smart TV; a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals; two double bedrooms; a full bathroom with all the amenities necessary for your stay; and a wonderful terrace with outdoor furniture. The apartment also has an annex that consists of a complete kitchen; a living room with a sofa bed (1 person) and a smart TV; a full bathroom; and a mezzanine double bedroom. Note: Between the apartment and the annex, there is a 35m space of the terrace, which is for the exclusive use of the apartment. Other things to note The key collection is made at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to assist in opening the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) - fee upon consultation. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For bookings of 28 nights or longer, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/television package expenses of €230. If these expenses exceed this amount, the guest will pay the additional cost. The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property, as requested, for inspection purposes. Monthly inspections are expected. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon consultation).
