Come stay at this family-friendly home and luxuriate in the private spa! It Includes an infrared sauna, ice bath, and a hot tub! Also comes with 2 paddle boards, 6 bodyboards, 2 cruiser bikes, a surfboard, and a kayak. The sleepout has its own bathroom, and is ideal for multigenerational families and big groups. Located only a 5 min walk to the estuary and a 5 min drive to Omaha and Matakana. One night stays and day stays also available if you just want to luxuriate in the spa (Weekdays only). The space When you first enter the house, you will be greeted to a gorgeous, sun-splashed sun-room that is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The house is tastefully decorated with modern decor and features a kitchen any cook will love. All three bedrooms in the main house are warmly accentuated and the master bedroom contains a TV. The main house bathroom has heated floors for those chilly nights. Just off the back deck is a sleep-out cabin that features its own microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge, bathroom and shower as well as a small living area. Adjacent to the living area is a spacious bedroom with two queen-sized beds and its own small sunning deck - perfect place for kids or those who want some space from the main party! The back yard deck is covered so you can barbeque and eat outside even in the rain. The large dining table seats up 10 or more! The spa deck features an infrared sauna, an ice bath (plus a cooler to use to store your ice), and a hot tub. If spa is not your thing, there is a bar counter for those who want to have a drink while others relax. Two complimentary towel robes are available as well. Guest access House has a driveway for parking, plus plenty of extra parking spaces across the street at the tennis courts. Bus stop is just down the street with service to Omaha, Matakana, and Warkworth. The cycle trails to Omaha and Matakana are also nearby. Across the street are a newly renovated playground and tennis / basketball courts. The house comes with two tennis rackets, a bag of tennis balls and a basketball! Five minute walk away is a concrete boat ramp, bathroom facilities, and beach area for swimming and jumping. Other things to note Two night minimum. If you would like to use just the spa and the cabin for a daytime experience, contact the host. Also, please note, this is not a party house and the max number of guests allowed at the house is 10. We have neighbors on either side and noise needs to be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
