This delightful retreat is perfect for couples, solo travelers, remote workers, and pet lovers looking for a comfortable home base just minutes from downtown Boise, Boise State University, and the airport. What truly sets Little Blue Bungalow apart is how pet-friendly it is. Your furry companion will love the doggie door leading to a fully fenced backyard, offering freedom and security year-round. The spacious yard, patio seating, and beautiful landscaping create a relaxing outdoor space where you can enjoy Idaho’s pleasant weather while your pet plays safely nearby. Pets are welcome here because we know they’re part of the family. Inside, the home feels warm, bright, and inviting. The newly remodeled living room features a super-comfortable couch, a 55” 4K TV, and a small desk area perfect for remote work or planning your Boise adventures. Fiber-optic internet ensures fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the home. The spacious modern kitchen offers expansive countertop space and is fully equipped for cooking, whether you’re preparing a full meal or a quick snack. Enjoy mornings with the Ninja coffee maker and tea kettle, and gather at the kitchen table that seats four comfortably. The open layout makes the space both functional and welcoming. The bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet. For additional guests, the living room includes a Queen-size sofa sleeper, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The stylish, newly updated bathroom and full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. Parking is easy with driveway space for two vehicles and ample free street parking nearby, allowing space for up to three cars total. Self check-in is simple and secure with a Wi-Fi enabled keypad. Location is another highlight. Just a few blocks away, you’ll find a Stil ice cream shop, coffee shop, and Wyld Child burger restaurant, all within walking distance. A quick 3–5 minute drive brings you to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, downtown Boise, and BSU. On the 4th of July, enjoy fireworks views from Ann Morrison Park right from the front porch. Guests have access to the entire home, except for a small basement that remains locked during stays. For transparency, there is an exterior security camera facing only the front door and front yard. We love our neighbors and ask guests to do the same by observing quiet hours after 10 PM and parking thoughtfully without blocking nearby driveways or mailboxes. A $100 pet fee per stay applies and is collected after booking through the guest portal (or a small pet deposit for mid-term or longer stays). There is a small basement that is locked off during your stay. Other things to note We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.
