The finished basement comes with 8 theater chairs, a 75'' HDTV with DirecTv, a shuffleboard table, a ping pong table, a video arcade, as well as several other games / activities. The loft includes a 55'' HDTV with DirecTV and 3 full-size futons. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, the 5-acres the house sits on, as well as adjacent land to explore. No atv's, hunting or guns are permitted on the property.
