Bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bathroom. Studio apartment side offers a queen murphy bed and its own bathroom. There are games for entertainment and the condo is equipped with everything you need for your home away from home. Other things to note -Max of 4 guests -No pets of any kind due to HOA By-Laws -Gas Grill available beach side. -Fire pit available beach side, wood is not provided. -Kayaks available June-Oct 15. M, L & XL life vest available. The assigned kayaks are available on a first come, first serve basis as we manage a couple different rentals here. You must fill out a wavier when booking, on our website. -Trailers: Are not allowed on the site, arrangements will need to be made for off site parking, we can assist with recommendations.
