Please also be aware that while we do not require a pet fee for service dogs upfront, if the service dog in question is not properly potty trained we may require a fee to be paid for carpet or furniture cleaning afterwards. No Smoking Inside Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees of $500.
