Just a short walk to the marina and downtown, this villa combines privacy and convenience, with a beautiful outdoor space featuring a pool, hot tub, and BBQ terrace. - Living and Dining: The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, with a spacious sectional sofabed, a 50” Smart TV, and an inviting dining area that seats six. The breakfast bar comfortably seats six more, and the fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for cooking or enjoying a meal prepared by a private chef. - Outdoor Space: Step outside to a private pool and hot tub surrounded by lush greenery. The terrace includes a shaded BBQ area for al fresco dining, a comfortable seating area, and ample space to lounge in the sun. Guests can also opt for grocery pre-stocking service for a $45 fee (plus cost of groceries) or request a private chef for meals. The villa is ideal for families and multi-generational groups with its single-level layout and family-friendly features. Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the villa. Other things to note We only provide the first gas tank full for heating the jacuzzi in case it is finished it will have to be paid at the guest's expense (extra cost) and we can help them to order it. The pool can be heated for an additional cost of $60 per day (must pay for entire duration of stay). However, because the jacuzzi is attached to the pool it will be a nice temperature.
