After a day of exploring, enjoy sitting on the covered front porch, soaking in a hot tub, connecting to high-speed wireless or enjoying the modern comforts of home as you listen to the calming sound of the spring-fed creek that runs by the cabin, leading to the bigger stream at the foot of the driveway, which winds down the quiet lane and continues to the Little Pigeon River on the Great Smoky Mountains Parkway. Huge grassy front yard that your dogs and kids will love! Guest access When you stay at Cozy Creek, you are the sole occupant with open access Other things to note With permission, we ask for a flat pet fee of $90 as our cleaners to do extra cleaning and sanitizing tasks after a pet has been on the property. Pets are required to be current on shots and on flea and tick medication. They are not allowed on furniture, and guests are responsible to leave no evidence that a pet was present prior to their departure (e.g. excessive shedding, paw prints, etc.). Crate trained dogs are preferred. Please be advised that bears are very active in the area (less so during the winter). All garbage must be kept inside the cabin or in the bear-proof cans located outside. The cans must close completely and securely! Do not leave picnic remnants or dog food outside. If bears get into garbage it kills them....so sad. :(
