QUIET and PEACEFUL house by Lake Vouglans. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 2 WC Right by the lake, in the very quiet neighborhood of Mont du Cerf, our cottage with garden can accommodate 2 to 7 people. 3 restaurants within walking distance, with bread delivery and local grocery store. Access to the lake on foot by several trails. Launching 2 min by car. QUIET neighborhood appreciated for its QUIETNESS. Living room with festive evenings refrain. The space The very bright living room includes: . Fully equipped kitchen area, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, classic and Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer, raclette and fondue machine, etc. . Living room area with TV and cozy sofa. Sleeping area: . Bedroom 1 on the garden side: 1 160 bed, 1 dresser, possibility of adding a travel cot. . Bedroom 2 on the lake side: 1 140 cm bed, 1 large shelf, balcony from which you can see the lake. . Bedroom 3: independent room on the ground floor of the house. Access from the outside (2 steps). 1 double 140 bed, private shower room with shower and toilet. Possibility to add 1 folding crib. (- 2 m ceiling height). - Library area with children's games and an additional single bed. -Bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer, hair dryer - 2 separate toilets. 1 in the house and 1 in the independent bedroom. - Shaded covered terrace with dining area. - Equipment: ironing board + iron, clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, brooms, scrubbing brush, cleaning kit. - Available: 2 dish towels, bathroom mat. 1 roll of toilet paper in each toilet. - Baby equipment: Travel crib with mattress and high chair available on request. - Wooded and shaded garden with garden chairs. - Courtyard surrounded by a plant hedge and a gate. Possibility to park several vehicles, boats, motorcycles. Garage for motorbikes and bicycles on request. - Washing machine. - Pets are allowed if they don't bark. The property is surrounded by a hedge but there is no fence. Accommodation NOT SUITABLE for charging ELECTRIC VEHICLES - Advantages: . Belvédère de la Frate accessible via the trail opposite the house in 10 minutes on foot. Possibility to continue the walk to access a pristine beach (because it is only accessible on foot in high season) in 30 minutes. . Small marina with launching less than 5 minutes away. . Several hiking or biking trails leading to the lake from the neighborhood. . Walking story for young and old: follow the little red crabs and discover the story of the lost mermaid by walking the trails around the lake. (Start next to the Château de Maisod). - Other storytelling walks are nearby in the villages of: Crenans, Jeurre, Les Crozet, Etival... . Water sports, skiing, paddleboarding, sailing, jet skiing, fishing (guide) . Other things to note Cottage located in the privileged and renowned area of Mont du Cerf, appreciated for its calm and direct proximity to the lake by several trails leading to the beaches. There is no need to use the car to go swimming. 🙂
