The Oak Knoll district is north of the city of Napa and south of the town of Yountville. Right in between the two hot spots of the Napa Valley, it takes 10 minutes to get to either one for all the best dining, wine tasting and entertainment. Enjoy the 360 views from your deck or go down to the outdoor patio to watch TV, use the grill, and the pool. Fully stocked and comfortable space for a short or long visit. Beautifully decorated with oriental rugs, artwork and an African theme. Plenty of room to work from home with the dedicated wifi. Stay in and cook a meal or get an Uber for the short drive to downtown Napa or to Yountville to experience one of the many outstanding restaurants. Less than a mile to the Vine Trail and lots of biking options. And of course, wineries galore within a short drive or bike ride. A perfect space for a couple or two friends. If needed, the sofa converts to a comfortable twin bed. The 1200 square foot guest house is on top of the detached 3 car garage. My home is also on the property, but you will have complete privacy in your home and on the deck. You're welcome to use the pool and outdoor living space but may have to share with me and my guests. I live in the house on the property, and am available if you need any recommendations or to share a bottle of wine. Otherwise I don't expect any interaction. Private home on a five acre parcel with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah vines on the property. More vineyards surround the property. Great walking street and loads of biking around us. Use Uber or another ride share app if you plan to do any drinking. Otherwise, there are many options for restaurants and wineries within a short drive. Napa County requires a minimum 30 day rental. You must rent the home for 30 days and you will be the only renter for the month. An adjustment to the price can be made if you don't intend to be here every night.
