Maison de Farine - Le Grande Maison is comprised of two units, La Haute Maison and La Cave. Together they can accommodate up to 15 people with generous amounts of space for all guests to enjoy each other's company as well as their own private space. Each unit has many interesting, classic features like the stone walls and beams that are complimented by the modern amenities to create a property with the perfect combination of old and new. The space La Haute Maison is the upper two levels of a newly renovated stone house that offers a gourmet kitchen with a large island, a livingroom with wood burning fireplace, a dining room that seats up to 10 people, 4 double bedrooms that sleep up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite to master) with modern fixtures, a large outdoor terrace and dining area and views of the town and medieval tower. La Cave is a unique loft apartment in a lovely old stone house. This newly renovated apartment offers a bright space with an open concept kitchen/living/dining areas, 2 double bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms with modern fixtures, and 2 sleeping lofts (one single and one double - both with low head clearance). Guest access Guests have access to the entire property which includes the two units as described. Other things to note Please make sure that the doors to the refrigerator are closed properly and be careful not to overload it. There is plenty of pantry space for extra drinks, etc. Please do NOT use the kitchen counters for cutting. There are plenty of cutting boards provided. They are in the small cabinet to the left of the stove. The water temperature and the metal of the taps can become VERY hot. The water pressure is very high and french drains are very slow, so please be careful when showering so that there is no overflow. All linens (towels, sheets, etc.) should NOT leave the premises. Please use your personal towels for the beaches and other excursions. Pool towels are provided. They can be found under the bench by the front door. Please do NOT use bath towels at the pool. Wet towels, bathing suits, and other wet items should NOT be put on the indoor furniture. Please use the drying rack provided, the outdoor furniture, or metal railings. Plastic picnic sets are provided. Please do NOT take cutlery, utensils, or plates off the premises. Please also make sure the complete sets are returned for future use. Please use the door stoppers, as wind tends to bang the doors around and sometimes shuts them quite violently. All outside umbrellas should always be taken down WHEN NOT IN USE as gusts of wind can cause them to get blown around and broken.
