The space The property is located at the north end of Bundeena and is 150m walk to Bundeena's two best beaches - Gunyah and Jibbon - and 15 minutes walk to the famous Royal national Park. The architecturally designed property was completed in 2019 and built as a single storey beach house. The house has concrete floors throughout, with a large open plan living/dining kitchen area that fully opens up to a patio deck and spacious backyard lawn with native garden for relaxed indoor/outdoor living. The bedroom configurations are as follows: Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite * The master bedroom with king bed, built in wardrobes and a spacious ensuite with toilet and shower. This bedroom opens up to a landscaped courtyard. Bedroom 2 - King bed * Second bedroom with king bed, built in wardrobes and sits adjacent to second bathroom (accessed from the hall) Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds * 2 x king single beds. Can be configured together if requested when booking. Kitchen * SMEG appliances - gas oven, gas stove, and dishwasher. Built in Fridge/freezer and pantry cupboard, and Kitchen is well equipped with dinnerware, cookware and utensils. * Dining table that fits up to 6 people * Living room With a built in sofa running the length of the room for lazing and reading books or the newspaper, as well as designer armchairs for kicking back on, the living room looks onto the native courtyard on one side and out to the backyard/lawn with fully sliding doors giving a seamless indoor/outdoor amenity. A Cheminee wood stove fire sits in the middle of the living room/kitchen area to cosy up to during the winter months. * Backyard and garden An expansive backyard lawn is great for kids to run around, with a native garden that attracts local birds.
