A key less entry, heated locker provides access to store all your ski equipment and owner-supplied sports equipment for use at the nearby community park. The space At 1,300 square feet, this spacious condo can comfortably sleep 8 people (6 adults and 2 kids) and offers a unique feature providing 2 separate units within the same property. The adjoining door in the middle allows the unit to be utilized by two separate families or enjoyed as a whole to maximize space. It's perfect for two families traveling together or for the family who enjoys a little extra space. If you love to golf or want to experience one of the most beautiful views on the mountain, check out Highlands Golf Club and Grille. It's less than 5 minutes away. Shuttle service is available to both locations depending upon the season, day, and time. The shuttle service bus stop is stone's throw away from the condo so you can go anywhere on or around the resort and enjoy your time without the worry of driving and parking. Other things to note Additional info: *PLEASE NOTE: To finalize your stay, a copy of a VALID PHOTO ID will be required at this time. This is for verification that you are over 30 years of age. Shoes must be removed upon entry and are not to be worn in the main living area of the property. Ski equipment and boots must be stored in the ski lockers provided and not in the condo. Ski boots will damage our floors and create potential noise complaints for our neighbors who live on the floor below. Lost or unreturned Tower Lounge/Pool keycards will result in a $150 replacement fee. Lost TV or Arcade Machine remotes will result in a $200 replacement fee.
