MARCH 1st-OCT 31st. Valid for 2025 season only. It is first come first serve. Be sure to arrive early for optimal seating. If you'd like reserved seating it is an additional $20 a day. Please, give the condo number to the attendant. Additional chairs/umbrellas will need to be purchased. You can watch your fav shows on the flat screen TV or simply relax and unwind. The room also features a dresser and closet so there’s ample storage space, providing you with room to unpack and settle in. Desks are also conveniently in each room. Additional Bedrooms: These rooms offer a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds. Perfect for families with children. They also have dressers and flat screen TVs. Kitchen: The cozy kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying them in the comfort of your own space. It features quartz countertops, with space to pull up a seat to chat or dine. A drip coffee maker is included for your morning brew. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils and appliances. The dining area includes a large table for 8 or seating at the kitchen bar. Living area: Charming living room opens up to the kitchen. It provides a comfy landing spot to watch TV or play board games. Bathroom 1: The bathroom features a double vanity providing ample space for all your toiletries and getting ready needs. The walk in shower is equipped with a starter supply of toiletries. This includes shampoo, conditioner, soap and plenty of towels for your convenience. Security guard at the gate reserves the right to turn away guests who do not have proper ID that matches the booking. Jetty East is a gated building with 24 hour security. There is onsite parking for this unit. MAX 4 cars! Please note: we reserve the right to allow maintenance into the condo for any serious (water, electrical, safety) issues, or mandatory building services (pest control, quarterly). We do not refund for rain or inclement weather unless there is a mandatory evacuation. If pet hair is seen there will be an additional $200 non-refundable cleaning fee added. NO SMOKING! (including but not limited to vapes, e cigarettes, marijuana, etc). If smoke of any kind is detected there will be an additional $200 non-refundable cleaning fee added. Owner and Management have the right to ask you to leave with no refund if smoke detected during your stay 25 years old to book and stay in the condo! ID will be validated before booking and at gate Owners are not responsible for negligent activity of renters in the condo or on the balcony, pool, beach or surrounding property. Injuries that result during your stay are not the responsibility of the host. Maintenance issues will be addressed after your stay unless urgent. Anything not in working order should be messaged to me through airbnb immediately after arrival Owner or a member of management reserves the right to enter the condo if there are excessive noise complaints (quiet time 10pm-8am), smoke or pets in the property. Guests will be asked to leave with no refund if any of those rules are broken Quarterly pest control with non toxic minimal spraying is done in all condos. If this occurs during your stay we will do our best to notify you and conduct the service in a quick courteous manner We do not refund for weather related conditions beyond our control. If the area is under evacuation you will be refunded in full Early & late check in and checkout is at the owner’s and cleaner’s discretion. Please plan on checking in and out on time.
