Each unit has parking for up to two vehicles (no assigned spots). The unit is located just a few short steps through the walkway on the bay side You will also have guest access to the entire Madeira Beach Yacht Club which includes: two saltwater pools, an exercise/weight room, billiards room, sauna, fishing docks and more. (note the only bathroom is located in the Master bedroom space). ✔OTHER✔ • 7 day minimum • Guest must provide names of all guests staying, address and phone number for Madeira Beach Yacht Club Registration a minimum of 14 days before arrival date. We will send out a rental agreement for you to provide this information and review and agree to house rules. • Parking permits must be picked up at the office Monday-Friday • Minimum renter age is 25.
