Convenient Location. This is our NEWEST Location - Check out our GREAT reviews on our other locations! Appreciate some amazingly beautiful, tranquil decor while enjoying the trains as they go by. Can you figure out the secret connection between the living room and the back bedroom? We have turned the lower level of this duplex into a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment all set up for you with a full, well equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, a large front porch to relax on and a large enclosed back porch just off the kitchen to enjoy a cup of coffee or breakfast for 2. The large dining room can seat 6 people. The living room has room to spread out, doing yoga or playing a game, etc. There is a cot in the closet as well as the sofa for up to 2 additional people to sleep on for a total of 6 people. We have decorated with some gorgeous images from all around the world to create a tranquil environment. Each room has its own unique aspects to be discovered. Plus, there is a secret to solve connecting the living room to the back bedroom. Hint, it has something to do with the decor. :) You will have access to the entire lower level of this house. There is a programmable lock on the front door for easy, secure access. So come stay awhile, sit on one of the porches and watch the world go by, enjoy the nearby town offerings, and day dream with all these beautiful scenes from around the world. As much as I love to greet my guests, I have found that not living on property makes that quite difficult. So, you will have contact-less check in. If you would like to meet, we can try to find a convenient time for everyone and set up an appointment. :) Thank you. We are located in a nice neighborhood just off the main road in town. You will be within walking distance of the vast majority of all that Davison has to offer including car shows, fireworks, shops, eateries, bakery, library, etc. Davison is a typical "Small Town USA". You can walk, drive, bike, hike, run, jog, etc to get around. Everything is pretty near by. And if you need larger chain places, you can always head into Flint. Important information & House Rules: **Smoke Free/Fresh Air** TNT is a smoke free environment. There is to be NO smoking or vaping in or near the home. Please do not burn incense or use any other strong, lingering scent in the home. If you want to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area/sitting area, near the tree out front. Place all butts in the butt bucket provided and all trash in the trash cans. IMPORTANT: Give yourself a few extra moments to air out afterwards before entering the house. The smell really gets into the fabrics and upholstery. No cooking of seafood or fish in the house. You may use the grill outside. $250 extra cleaning fee for violations. **Toilet** Absolutely nothing except normal toilet paper and tissue is to be flushed! Absolutely NO: wipes, Feminine Products, Facial Cleaners, Toys, Q-Tips, etc. ONLY normal toilet paper and tissue. If the sewer is backed up after your stay, we will charge for plumbing services. **Items for Owners Only** There are 2 areas that contain items for owners use only. These are clearly marked. They are not to be used by guests. We will have to charge you if you use these "owners use only" items. Thank you for understanding and complying. **Quiet Time** There are others living here as well. So out of respect for all, we ask that noise be kept down at all times and quiet time be observed between 10PM and 8AM. We don’t expect silence, but we also don’t want others to hear ya. : ) **Air Conditioning** There is a wall unit in each bedroom as well as in the dining room. Use the controller mounted on the wall to adjust the temperature up or down. Do NOT attempt to move/remove the controller from its mount. **Heat** The main furnace is set at a reasonable temperature. There is a wall unit in each bedroom to use as supplemental heat if you desire. Use the controller mounted on the wall to adjust the temperature up or down. Do NOT attempt to move/remove the controller from its mount. The wall unit in the dining room is not for heat, only for A/C. **Pets** There is a $60 pet fee. We will collect that at check-in either in cash or via the app, whichever you prefer, if it was not already paid at booking. • You are responsible for your pets at all times. They are to be contained (i.e., crated), and quiet when you are not with them. • You are responsible for all damages and messes they make. Excessive barking/noise is not allowed. • You are required to use protective furniture covers on living room furniture. Some are provided in the living room closet. • There is a high probability of other dogs being on property. So please use common sense in restraining your dogs. Leashes are strongly recommended. Not all dogs get along with other dogs. Not all owners want other dogs near theirs. Better safe than sorry. • Clean up any messes. Cleaner and tools are provided. They are located in kitchen and closet. • Dog Poo – You are expected to pick up after your dog outside. No one wants to step in poo. **Yard** You may use the FRONT yard ONLY. Do not go into the back, it is for the other Tenants. **TV** There is a smart TV in the living room. The remote is on the shelf in front of it. We don’t have cable. Some apps are free, others can be used when you log in with your account info. Don’t forget to log out before you leave.  See channels pages here in the guide for more information. **Room Cleaning** Most of the time, we stay out of your area and respect your privacy. We will clean the area after each stay. You are welcome to wash the sheets, etc. as needed during your stay. You will find a vacuum, broom/dustpan, and mop with bucket in the utility closet across from the bathroom door. There is Lysol cleaner under the kitchen sink and on the bathroom shelf. These are provided for your use in the event of accidents and messes. **Laundry** You are welcome to use the washer and drier. Please bring your own supplies. The washer is a high efficiency unit, so you only need a tablespoon of soap and a tablespoon of softener per load. Double check that all your socks, little items, etc. are going home with you. They can get caught under the rubber liner around the tub inside the door. **Paper Products** We provide a starter supply of paper products. If you need more, you will need to go buy them. **Lost/Left Items** Sometimes guests leave items here. Who hasn’t done that, right? : ) However, we are not responsible for lost or left items. If you have forgotten something, please let us know, and if we find it, we are happy to try to get the item to you. Often, we are able to mail them out, at the guest’s expense. **Grill** We have a small BBQ grill on the front porch. You are welcome to cook your food directly on it or line it with tinfoil. Please move it onto the pavement or into the grass before using. DO NOT use it on the porch. **Parking** We have free, on-site parking for each rental area. There 3 reserved spaces on the right-hand side of the driveway for TNT Suite. The other side of the driveway is reserved for the upper apartment in this duplex. **Garbage Day** Please put your trash in the garbage can near the parking area. If you are here Sunday night, please put the garbage can out by the curb Sunday night for Monday morning pickup. **Trains** As noted elsewhere, there is a train track nearby. You will be able to hear and see the trains passing by. The sounds are minimized & barely noticeable when the windows & doors are closed. For the full experience, just open the house up. :) It can be a fun experience for many, but maybe not for everyone. No refunds will be issued for anything train related. **Check Out** • Check out is 11 am. Late checkout will result in an extra day fee unless preapproved. • Please place all used towels & washcloths in the laundry basket. • Please strip the used beds and place all used sheets and pillow cases in the laundry basket on top of the towels. Leave used blankets and quilts on the bed. The basket gets too heavy with all of it in there at once. : ) • Please rinse all dishes, put them in dishwasher and run it before you check out. • Please return the TV remote to its place in front of the TV. • Please remove your All trash and drop it in the garbage can by the parking area. • Please share about your stay in our welcome guide.
