The space The House is a 5 bedroomed house which easily accomodates 10 guests, 2 double en-suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. 1 double with a shared bathroom and 2 twins with the same shared bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The Living areas are very spacious, a large sitting room/ dining room which leads out into the back garden via double french doors and has a solid fuel stove situated in the centre of the large living area. The kitchen and utility room are located at the rear of the house which are fully equipped for all your cooking and laundry needs. There is also a sunroom located at the rear which takes in the beautiul evening sunsets and also leads into the back garden through seperate double french doors. There is high speed Free WIFI installed in the house to cater for all your needs while you enjoy your stay here in Dingle. Full linen is supplied and extra available on request. Laundry includes Washing machine, Dryer, detergent, Ironing board, Iron, Clothes horse for inside drying and also an outdoor line for drying in the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/stovetop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc and all your cooking utensils cutlery etc. There is room in the driveway for a maximum of 3 cars, please don’t park any cars on the street in front of the house or the neighbours houses. You may park extra cars in the car park at the bottom of the hill next to Lidl. This is a great property to base yourself for your stay in Dingle, travellers often base them selves in Dingle to see the whole of the Dingle Peninsula and further beyond including the Ring Of Kerry. Guest access You will have full access to all the property including all rooms, bathrooms, living areas and back garden. Other things to note STRICTLY no parties, you will be asked to leave with no warning if this rule is not adhered to. Guests have been told to leave in the past. The house is in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood and that is to be respected at all times.
