Walkout basement to the hot tub, pond and trails. Highspeed wifi. The home is handicapped-accessible with ramp in garage and also an accessible shower in Master bedroom. House-trained dogs are welcome, maximum 2. Pet fee applies. Guest access Entry into the home is considered to be your signed and informed consent. Your 4-digit entry code will be provided to you at any time before 4 PM on the day of your arrival. Please note that receiving the code in advance does not authorize early check-in without prior approval. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house. Other things to note The front of the property is equipped with one camera to monitor the driveway. Pet Policy: We charge a fee of $50 per pet for the entirety of your stay. This fee may appear on a separate invoice unless it was included at the time of booking. A maximum of two pets is permitted. We kindly ask that pets remain off the furniture. Please inform the owner if you plan to bring a pet before your check-in date.
