The space 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort, 10 minute drive to Jack Frost, and 3/4 mile to the private Lake Harmony Estates beach and all that the beautiful lake has to offer, including swimming and boat rentals. Beach tags included with rental! One of the few motor boating lakes on the Poconos! Our newly renovated home in Lake Harmony Estates features 3 spacious floors of living. The entry brings you into the lower level of our home. This level features a pool table, gas fireplace, and a sitting area with two leather couches and a 40 inch flat screen TV. This lower level also features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom and the washer/dryer. Up a flight of stairs is the second and main level of our home. The second level features a large sectional couch, a 55 inch television, and a gas fireplace. Also on this level is a large dining room and table with seating for 10, a custom kitchen with new appliances and high top bar seating for 4. Also on the second level are 2 more bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. The second level opens up to a large wrap-around deck with great views, a gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Up a staircase from the second level is a bonus loft room with 6 additional beds - great for kids! In the rear exterior of our home is a brand new fire pit and chairs that are only steps away from the famous Lake Harmony Boulder Field. All of our bedrooms have spacious closets, ceiling fans, and dressers for your personal belongings. We take great pride in making sure our property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between groups that say at our home. House Rules: - No smoking - No pets - No parties, large gatherings, or events - Maximum occupancy is 12. Extra guests will result in loss of security deposit - All trash must be bagged and placed in exterior trash cans upon departure. - Your safety matters. Property has 2 exterior cameras facing toward driveway and backyard and do not view any interior space. - Nothing but toilet paper can be flushed in toilets. - Return all furniture, etc. to where you found it upon check-in. Guest access We have a long private driveway that can accommodate up to 10 cars. From the driveway, there is easy direct access to the front door. Our home is in a very private cul-de-sac, but is only a short walk or drive to all of the major attractions in the area, including Split Rock Resort, Lake Harmony, restaurants, multiple ski resorts, indoor water parks, hiking and golf. Other things to note We provide pillows and blankets, but we do not provide bed linens or towels. We do not currently have a laundry service that can accommodate linens and towels for up to 12 guests. Linens available to rent from our cleaning service if you’d like them.
