Both bedrooms open on a corridor: on the left, a large kitchen equipped with a dining table and a "service" balcony, followed by the bathroom with shower and the first double bedroom. On the right, a living room furnished with a sofa which, if necessary, becomes an additional bed, followed by the second double bedroom. All rooms are connected to the balcony that surrounds the apartment. A small cellar where you can store bicycles or other small beach or sports equipment is part of the apartment. The location of the apartment is certainly among the best: the pine forest and the sea can be reached by just crossing the road and in a few minutes you can reach the center of Follonica with its bars, restaurants, boutiques, and splendid seafront. Everything is connected via a safe bike path. Furthermore, the Municipality of Follonica is culturally very active and during the summer season it organizes exhibitions, concerts, markets, events, etc. In one word, a holiday in Follonica is unforgettable!
