The upstairs living allows for great natural light and a cozy, warm atmosphere in the main living space.  Note:There is a loft w/stairs off the kitchen behind the gas stove, but that area is now for storage as town regulations don't allow sleeping or habitation because of the lack of safe egress. 1 well behaved dog is allowed. Pet fees apply. The unit has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace and in-floor radiant heat. There are two bedrooms downstairs. One has a queen bed and the other has a twin over full bunk bed and a separate queen bed.  This property sleeps 6 total and has an additional pull out chair upstairs. There are 2 full baths, one upstairs and one downstairs.  A fully stocked kitchen set up for gourmet cooking rounds out this property. The balcony has beautiful views, a gas grill and seating for 4 - perfect for relaxing! Note:outdoor table and chairs have been stored during winter months, so not pictured in current photos. The unit has a full size washer/dryer. There is satellite TV in the master and family room. The master has a TV with DVD. The guest room has a TV that can be hooked up to a travel or regular DVD player. Plug in and enjoy. The family friendly unit is stocked with lots of fun games just in case of a rainy day.   You cannot find a better deal in the town of Crested Butte! No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.  Failure to follow these rules will incur extra cleaning fees.  There is only 1 off-street parking space.
