The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, 2 story house features sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed. Additionally, there is one sleeper sofa, 2 couches, a sectional sofa, and a Pack n' Play available. Outdoor seating with tables for 8; large dining room table inside. The dock is provided with rental and is available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The boat lift will be used by the property owners occasionally and the rental does not include use of the owner's boat or boat lift. The kitchen is filled with plenty of plates, drinkware, cookware, and items to make your stay comfortable including: Blender, Coffee Maker(regular and Keurig), Toaster, and Waffle Maker. The laundry room is equipped with not only the washer and the dryer but also has some cleaning supplies if needed: Broom & Dust Pan, Mop & Bucket, Swiffer & Swiffer Pads, Vacuum, Disinfecting wipes, tool bag, and first aid kit. The area is great for a summer lake vacation, a fall get-away to enjoy the beautiful fall colors, or a peaceful winter retreat. Guest access All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The boat lift will be used by the property owners occasionally and the rental does not include use of the owner's boat or boat lift. Other things to note The water off of the dock, which has a ladder for easy access in and out of the water, is 5-7 feet deep and is great for swimming! There is a sand bar about 40ft off of the dock that keeps boats from the main channel from coming near the dock. - Pets are allowed, but an additional pet fee is required, so pets must be included on reservation. - Internet is available, and is a consistent connection, but speeds can vary and Streaming is very limited, but regular internet usage is usually not an issue.
