Untether from your schedule, routines, devices, and all that may be holding you back. Whether you want to indulge in a robust wine country adventure, explore the beauty of Northern California, or escape for a family holiday, this house provides all that you need to enjoy a “Wine Country Escape!” The space As you walk from your car to the front door, you’ll most likely notice the swing hanging from the beautiful tree in the yard. Kids love the swing, and adults love that it makes them feel like a kid. This swing is symbolic of the good times in store. Step into the open floor plan and you will immediately appreciate the striking contrasts of the wood flooring against the white walls throughout the floorplan. Furniture and furnishings stand out in an array of colors from dark wood tables to a vibrant blue upholstered sofa. The LIVING ROOM is arranged around a large window providing a vista of the backyard (we’ll get to the cool-as-heck backyard in a minute). A 55” Smart TV is mounted above the fireplace. A work desk with a chair is on the other side of the room. Relax and enjoy the view, watch a show, or get some business done. This room is set up for any, or all of that. A sturdy six-person DINING ROOM table separates the living room from the kitchen. A wine fridge can be used to store bottles you happen to acquire during your wine country travels. The KITCHEN is equipped with stainless steel appliances and every amenity you will need to feed yourself or your troops. A coffee maker, pots & pans, a spice rack, knives, and more. Eat inside or out, the choice is yours. Each of the three bedrooms is carpeted, has loads of dresser/closet space, large windows to let the sun in if you want, and vertical blinds to keep the room dark while you sleep. BEDROOM #1 has a king bed. BEDROOM #2 and BEDROOM #3 have queen beds. Each bed is dressed with comfortable linens and pillows. Now, the BACKYARD! A covered patio, an un-covered patio, string lights, an outdoor dining table, a sofa, Adirondack chairs, and a nice green lawn are all enclosed by a high fence to ensure your privacy. You’re gonna love it out here. A WASHER & DRYER and strong Wi-Fi throughout the residence are provided. PETS are welcome. Other things to note If you are interested in bringing a dog there is a $135 pet fee so please let us know when you book.
