Very tastefully decorated throughout with great attention to detail. There is large open plan living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms and a brand new bathroom. This unique and stunning space comes with a lot of original Georgian features, such as exposed cobble wall in the back bedroom and decorative fireplaces in the two other rooms. Family friendly! The space Private entrance from the Paragon, through a separate gate and steps leading down to this lower ground floor apartment. Large living room with open plan kitchen and a dining table. Bedroom one comes with two comfortable single beds. Bedroom two comes with a king size bed and is located at the back of the house. There is also a brand new bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a small outdoor courtyard area. Guest access Please note there is no parking at the property due to its central location, we would recommend Charlotte Street Car Park which is a short walk away. Other things to note Due to the age of the building and it being a basement flat, during wet weather the apartment may need to be well ventilated / have a dehumidifier on which is provided. Linen for the sofa bed is provided when booking for guest 5 and 6. If you wish to use the sofa bed when booking for less than 5 people there is an extra £20 charge to cover linen costs Please see below a few house rules: ★ No parties or events. ★ Please do not smoke in the house (inc. vaping & e-cigarettes). ★ Please do not wear shoes inside. ★ Please avoid making an unreasonable amount of noise, particularly after 11pm. ★ No candles/naked flames inside or outside.
