Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a few extra sleeping spots in the two living areas, The Backyard accommodates 8 guests. BONUS: Balcony, coffee bar and private backyard for yard games and grilling. The uniqueness and convenience of this fun building will have you coming back year after year! Other things to note *Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! We strive for a 5 star stay! *On-site parking available for a maximum of four vehicles. If more spots are needed, please inquire. Note the parking is tight so larger vehicles please inquire. *Please be aware that the bathroom in the upper unit is solely accessed by passing through the queen bedroom (see floor plan at end of photo queue) . 9th sleeping spot is futon in the common area living room. *This unit features a wifi-enabled smart TVs (no cable).* *Please note this building is downtown and is located behind a restaurant. Some noise is possible. *Please note there is a ring doorbell for guest's safety *Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.
