Situated in the peaceful residential neighbourhood of Tabaiba, this villa boasts one of the island's most temperate microclimates. The space The villa Open-plan living and dining room Open-plan living and dining room has everything you need to feel at home in a sociable setting. You will find a spacious, comfortable corner sofa to relax on and enjoy the ocean and mountain views, a 55" Smart TV for cosy film nights, and a dining table for six. Terrace Soak in the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Güímar valley from the south-facing terrace while enjoying a family meal or a moment of tranquillity with a book. Kitchen Brand new appliances and all the kitchen equipment you could possibly need to make home-cooked meals. In the kitchen you will find: • Dishwasher • Oven • Electric stove • Nespresso coffee machine • Fridge-freezer • Cutlery, utensils, plates and bowls • Cups and glasses • Frying and saucepans • Hand blender and much more. The kitchen island with a bar is perfect for sipping Tenerife wine while the chef cooks up a storm. Outdoor swimming pool and patio With its inviting atmosphere, native Canary Island plants and choice of seating areas, you're sure to spend a lot of time outdoors. The elegantly designed saltwater swimming pool is heated to a comfortable temperature range of 23-25 °C and measures 6 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.8 to 0.5 meters. When you want a break from splashing in the pool, stretch out on one of the sun loungers or kick back on the sofa and chairs in the chill-out area under the bioclimatic pergola. Main bedroom The main bedroom features a king bed (200cm x 200cm), bedside tables with individual lamps, and wardrobes for your belongings. There is a door that leads to the swimming pool patio. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. Second bedroom The second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), bedside tables, and wardrobes. You can access the front terrace from this room. Third bedroom The third bedroom has a double bed (150cm x 190cm), a wardrobe, and a door that leads to the swimming pool patio (which can also be locked for safety). All bedrooms also have light-blocking blinds so you can sleep in or take an afternoon nap (perfect for your baby or toddler’s nap, too!) and ceiling fans for the summer months. Bathroom The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a wash basin, and a toilet. Guest access The entire property, heated saltwater swimming pool, terrace and private parking space will be yours for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Check-in / check-out Our check-in time starts at 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. To make things more convenient for you, we will provide you with a code to the lockbox so you can retrieve the keys and check yourself in any time after 4 pm. Online check-in before arrival In accordance with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law), we kindly request all guests to submit their ID prior to arrival. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us. Towels, linen and professional cleaning We take pride in ensuring that our apartment is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival. We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them. We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one beach towel per guest, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you. Mid-stay cleaning If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €20 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you. Families We warmly welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €30 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you. Remote working If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you. Pets We accept small pets only on request. There is an additional charge of €59 per pet, per stay. Send us a message if you want to bring your pet.
