Guest access All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The boat lift will be used by the property owners occasionally and the rental does not include use of the owner's boat or boat lift. There is a two person kayak. A one person kayak and two kids kayaks. There’s 8 to 10 lifejackets in the building with the paddles for the kayaks. It’s a red building down by the water. Other things to note You’ll have the property all to yourself. The owner may store his watercraft on the dock, so they may be by to use those occasionally. There are two security cameras on the property they are set to record video only and have views of the driveway, street and dock. The driveway has room for 2 cars, if additional space is needed contact host for information on additional parking.
