Brewery Manor Sleeps 10 Hot Tub

Woodbourne Estate, circa 1810, is a National and Virginia historic registered landmark Manor House and farm nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Madison, Virginia. The 53-acre Estate is also home to our award-winning Bald Top Brewing Company which sits just a comfortable stroll beyond the Manor house. This magical Manor, with its gorgeous grounds, gardens, barns, ruins, pool, stream and vistas awaits! The Manor at Bald Top: Drink in the Moment! The space Enjoy peace and comfort on any one of our three patio areas or kick back by the large outdoor fire pit or our hot tub. Explore the grounds and experience the magic of a shady chestnut grove, the young orchard, a babbling brook, and the many historic barns and ruins. Guest access The Manor is located in the center of the 53-acre estate. It is surrounded by privacy fences, and many trees and gardens so it is private and quiet and separate from the brewery. At the top of the hill, away from the historic manor, sits award winning Bald Top Brewing Company. Bald Top is open to the public, Thursday - Sunday, with live music, several food options, including gluten-free, from our wood-fired pizza kitchen, and more available for your enjoyment - just a three minute walk for our onsite guests! The Manor and its stately acreage, stream access, fire pit & hot tub, BBQ deck and garden gazebo are closed to the public, making them entirely private for your personal enjoyment. Don't miss this - it truly offers the best of both worlds! Other things to note We are Virginia’s first Historic Farm brewery! A few short years ago we began brewing in the underside of the manor house, in an attached but separate garage. We have been expanding and recently moved the brewing operations to a new building at the top if the hill, co-located in the tap barn!
