Exclusive apartment in a hotel with wellness

If you stay in this centrally located accommodation, you will have everything they need close by. The cable cars and ski slopes are within a few minutes' walk or can be reached in less than 5 minutes using the hotel's free ski shuttle (in the winter season). The apartment offers a sensational view of the mountains and the ski slopes. The space In our 90 square meter 3.5 room apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a large, comfortable living room and kitchenette with kitchen counter, you will feel right at home. The apartment has an exclusive interior made of high-quality materials, is furnished in modern alpine style. It is a condominium in house A of the complex, which does not belong to the hotel. Nevertheless, our guests may use the La Senda wellness area with the access card/badge of the apartment as well as the playroom and ski/bicycle cellar. A free parking space is available on the 2nd level (2nd basement) in the underground car park labeled "PRIVAT A 2.3". Other important information: Tourist taxes are included in the price. Heating and electricity are included in the price. Parking in the hotel garage is included in the price. The beds are freshly made before your arrival, various towels (bath, sauna, kitchen) as well as bathrobes are available. Bed linen and towels as well as the above services are included in the cleaning fee. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Guest access Access to the apartment is by means of an access card/badge, which can be picked up at reception and must also be returned there. The loss of a badge is assessed at 50 CHF. Other things to note As a guest, you benefit from free use of the 850 m² La Senda wellness area, which is one of the largest in the destination – bathrobe included. Numerous services are available to you in summer and winter, which you can of course use. For example, bike garage, bike wash, shuttle bus, drying and changing room with lockers and much more. The lovingly furnished playroom "Piz Signina" is open daily for small children accompanied by an adult. In addition to crayons and children's books in the reading corner, building blocks, toy cars, a children's kitchen and much more are available for the youngest guests. Young people and the young at heart can let off steam in the “Piz Fess” room. Because the whole family can challenge and prove themselves in table tennis or at the foosball table. For endurance athletes, power packs and friends of cultivated exercise, the fitness center offers, among other things, treadmills, indoor cycling bikes, cross trainers, dumbbells and other strength training stations. Or test your skills on the Enlain Balance Board. The Peaks Place also offers a large selection of different massage treatments, which can be booked directly at reception or in the La Senda wellness area. These massage treatments and the sauna in the wellness area can only be used during hotel opening hours. (approx. mid-December to mid-April and end of June to end of October) As a merger of individually managed companies in the destinations Flims-Laax-Falera, wellness was redefined with the "Spa Around" and a unique offer in Switzerland was created. With over 7,000 m2 of wellness area, our guests over the age of 16 can now use the wellness areas of the participating hotels in the region free of charge.
