The space Our nearly-new home (completed August 2020) is beautiful and comfortable homes in Page so you'll be sure to be relaxing in style. Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms with a comfortable, modern and stylish living space and kitchen will make you feel like you're at home. The home accommodates 14 guests. Stay connected with super high-speed WiFi or relax with Netflix, Disney+, Discovery+, AppleTV and more available on the large TV in the family room, master bedroom and casita. The kitchen is well-equipped with just about everything you might need. Quartz countertops, high-end appliances, with plenty of dishware, utensils and cookware will ensure you can entertain and feed your crew. You have a standard drip coffee maker, tea kettle, Instapot, electric griddle, plus provided coffee, decaf, tea, green tea and instant oatmeal packets. The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed, TV, and walk-in closet. Connected is a double-sink master bathroom, with separate tub and walk-in shower. There is an attached casita, with a private entrance, furnished with a king bed, TV and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is stylishly decorated and has a twin-XL-over-queen bunk bed that works great for adults or kids, plus a floor mattress, sleeping 4. The fourth bedroom has two twin-XL-over-queen bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 6. The third full bathroom is accessed from the hallway between these two bedrooms. This bathroom has dual-sinks and a tub and shower. You have full access to the brand-new, high-end washer and dryer and also the two car garage. We have just added a hot tub! After a long day of exploring the beauty surrounding Page, too the day off by stepping into a relaxing hot tub. Guest access Guests have exclusive full access to the entire home and yard except for two closets we use to restock the home. To avoid the hassle of keys you'll enter the home through the keypad on the front door. Other things to note About a week before your arrival we will send you the code to the front door along with information you will need for the house through the AirBnB app. Video doorbell disclosure: There is a video doorbell at the front door and security cameras on the front and side yard that records video and audio when it senses motion. I use this to help me know when guests arrive, when they leave so I can let the housekeeper know to come and clean, and for security when the house is unoccupied. AZ TPT 21421826
