The kitchen is complete with a gas stove, an oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware for 10 persons. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for the attic, (Primary Suite) walk-in closet, and the garage. Complimentary parking is available on the driveway and in front of the house. Please do not park in front of the neighbors’ houses. A maximum of two (2) compact cars can be parked on the driveway, so please carpool accordingly. - Maximum occupancy of ten (10) people on the property at any time. - Check-in time is 2 PM (early check-in is subject to availability) - Check-out time is 11 AM (late check-out is subject to availability) Other things to note City of Huntington Beach Ordinance. - The minimum age of the person renting/booking shall be 25 years old. - Quiet hours are between 10 PM – 7 AM. For the enjoyment of all guests and our neighbors. - NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (Party or event will be shut down immediately, no exceptions) - NO UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES - NO loud music or activities - NO oversized vehicle, U-Haul, or watercraft on property - NO smoking / NO vaping inside OR outside of the home (Smoking Cigarettes, Marijuana, or Vapes is prohibited anywhere on the property and will result in a $1500 cleaning fee.) - NO PETS (Any unpermitted pet will result in a $500 and up to $1500 cleaning fee dependent on damage.) These security cameras will be on during your stay. - One security camera on the front porch/door. - One security camera at the garage door/driveway. - One security camera in the backyard/patio.
