~ Anchor Management ~ This comfortable 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom beach home is centrally located in the desirable Outer Banks. The unique location allows for scenic views of the ocean and golf course. You can catch the sunrise over the sea from the large back deck, pool area, and living room. After a relaxing day at the beach or exploring all of what the island has to offer, come home to take in the beautiful sunset vistas over the fairway. Only a short 2 min. drive/6 min. bike ride to the beach. The space This home offers two zero-step entries on the ground floor where you will find a bedroom with 2 queen beds plus a double bed, a full bathroom, and the garage/entertainment area which includes a Ping Pong table, bar, sitting area, TV with surround sound, washer, dryer, and 2 additional refrigerators. The garage and the downstairs bedroom have their own doors leading to the back porch and pool with an option to heat or cool. The pool and back porch bar/lounge area also features a TV with an awesome surround sound system! (Pool is open April-October) Once inside the home, a short stairway will lead you to the main living area where the open kitchen, dining area, and living room divides the sleeping quarters. On one side of the living area, you will find the Master Ensuite which includes a large walk-in closet, King bed, and dresser. On the other side, two queen bedrooms with a shared full bathroom provide plenty of space for everyone. One of these bedrooms has its own access to the front deck and the other bedroom features a screened porch that allows space for some outdoor privacy. Outside of the main living area, an additional screened sitting area and deck provides a front row seat to the golf course. A large deck on the back of the house facing the ocean and overlooking the pool offers plenty of room for more outdoor entertainment. Our home also features a tankless water heater that ensures no one will have to schedule their shower due to lack of hot water. Other things to note Linens will be provided by a professional linen service to ensure you have clean and sanitized sheets, towels, etc. during your stay. This service is at no extra cost to our guests! All bedrooms have large closets, ceiling fans, and Roku TV’s. All 3 full bathrooms have walk-in showers. The pool will be open April-October and can be heated or cooled upon request for an additional weekly fee. Please inquire at least a week before your arrival.
