There are multiple game tables, a fire pit, a large Hot tub, and a large deck with a grill to keep you entertained for days. The space - Gorgeous views of the entire Scotts Flat Lake and the peaks of the Sierra Butte mountain range. - 5,300 sqft of the total 6,500 sqft is on a single level. - Commercial-grade kitchen with high-end appliances - Large live-edge 16-person dining table - Huge deck with Lakeview, with grill and dining style seating for barbeque, sunrises, and sunsets, as well as stargazing - 12 single beds for individuals who don't prefer to share beds - Indoor game tables - Pool table, foosball table, ping pong table - Covered hot tub area to use in rain or shine, comfortably - Outdoor fire pit, covered gazebo area with an unobstructed view of the lake - The Nevada City downtown, with amazing restaurants and shopping, is just a 10-minute drive. - Lake Tahoe and its surrounding ski resorts are just a little over an hour's drive away. - The Sacramento Airport is about an hour and a half away. - Old Town Auburn, rich with Gold Rush history, is just a 40-minute drive away. The property layout is as follows: - 1st/ Main floor - Open living, dining, and kitchen as well as 5 of the 7 bedrooms - 2 downstairs areas - 1 king bed suite on the bedrooms side of the house, and a game room with 3 bunks on the kitchen side of the house - Loft area off the living room with Lakeview, with office, lounge, or yoga space - There are 6.5 bathrooms, 4.5 on the main level and 2 downstairs in each area - Hot tub access is off the downstairs game room area with an attached full bath - parking up to 10 cars Guest access All spaces except the garage are accessible to guests. Other things to note - If you are traveling in the area during winter, BE PREPARED for potential snowy conditions. California Highway Patrol may require chains and/or 4-wheel drive with snow tires during winter and spring months. The guest fully understands and accepts responsibility for vehicular preparation for winter conditions. - If you need to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking an additional night on your stay's front or back end. There are multiple EXTERNAL ONLY security cameras on the premises. These cameras face certain entrance points of the home.
