Wicker Park is considered one of Chicago's safest neighborhood with many family homes. Q: PARKING? A: The large, attached garage is a huge bonus to this property. Please make sure your vehicle is no longer than 200 inches to utilize the garage. Street parking is first come, first serve otherwise on the street in front of the property. Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus! Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things. Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM. Early check-ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in. Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case. Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests. Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this. Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on! Guest access You have full access to this home through the front entrance or garage! Other things to note The double twin en-suite bedroom is on the main floor after walking in the front door so bringing in luggage should be easier than most. However, there are stairs throughout the home (main living/kitchen/dining is up a flight of stairs once entering). Both en-suite king bedrooms are on the 3rd level, so it will be 2 flights of carpeted stairs inside the home. The 4th level is where the pullout sofa bedroom is. If it’s challenging walking up and down stairs, this may not be the best place for you. **This is considered a single-family home, but there is a nice family that lives next door, so please be courteous. Building security requires: 1) Minimum age of 25 to book 2) Maximum guest count of 12 total guests 3) All guest names and ages must be provided after booking **No LOCAL GUESTS (city/suburbs), and no visitors outside of the stated guest count at any time during the reservation unless exception is made by building security. If a visitor outside the stated guest count is proved to be inside without notice/exception, immediate action will be reported, and need to vacate immediately. $250/hr for each guest in the property not stated in the total guest count. -QUIET HOURS: 10pm - 8am.
