It can accommodate up to eight people, making it an ideal getaway for large groups on holiday. The bright and spacious living room has a comfortable seating area, including a convertible sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. The open kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils to make delicious meals which you can dine with loved ones at the dining table available. All three bedrooms have double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. And the bathrooms have all the basic amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. Plenty of restaurants and bars, including the Beach Club and Bay Star, have various activities and attractions. It is close to the airport, the motorway, the train station, the shopping centres and the beach. ## Transit The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station: Saint-Laurent-du-Var, is just a 20-minute walk. Cannes Mandelieu Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property. ## Notes This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
