Osoyoos Lake Condo/King Bed/Pool View/Pet Friendly

King bed, double bunks (top and bottom), full size washer & dryer, 55" tv in living room, 50" in primary, tvs for both bunks. You'll be surprised with how well stocked we are! We are also pet friendly (on approval only). The space You will enter the unit and notice how spacious it is with our 9' ceilings. There is a shoe holder cabinet to slip shoes into, and a wall hook behind the door to hang jackets on as well as a full length mirror. On the back of the front door is the WIFI password & checkout information. You'll also notice the heavy-duty security lock. The first door on your right is the primary bedroom with king bed. There is a dresser & 50" tv. In the closet there is hangers, a shoe holder, beach towels, pet towels, some pet supplies, iron, ironing board, two yoga mats & a vacuum. There is a pocket door to enter into the bathroom. Here, you will have a single sink, tub/shower combo with a curved shower curtain for more room. There are new bath towels, hand towels, facecloths & makeup removing facecloths on the two shelves above the toilet. There is a small glass shelf with Q-tips, makeup remover pads and Poo-Be-Gone spray. Under the sink is a hair dryer, straightener, curling iron, extra toothbrushes, razors, tampons, cleaning supplies and a lot more! There is laundry detergent, softener, bleach & Bounce sheets under the sink as well. There is a robe hook on the other side of wall from the full size washer & dryer. To be able to see the controls on top of the dryer, there is a foldable step stool in the bedroom closet. The next room is the kid's bunk bed room. They will love the dog theme and the fact that both bunk beds are double size top & bottom. Each bunk has a tv and a shelf with USB ports. There is a dresser to hold clothing, a full size mirror and behind the door is hooks to hang more clothing. The skylight has a cover on it to keep the room from overheating due in the summer months. The bunk bed ladder has wide rungs so it's not painful on feet. On the dresser is kids books & a Dyson fan. Under the bottom bunk kids will find some board games. In the hall is a small closet where you will find a broom, dustpan & some cleaning supplies. Continuing to the other side of the unit, you will end up in the kitchen which is open to the living room. Make yourself at home & you'll notice how well stocked we are. USE WHAT YOU NEED, LEAVE WHAT YOU DON'T is our motto. Standing in the kitchen, you'll notice the pretty view out the large windows. The living room has a comfortable couch which seats three to four guests. You'll find a couch cover to use for pet parents who's pets like to lounge on the couch (or even for messy little people who like to eat on the couch) in the white bin located beside the bar. Kindly remove the cover upon checkout & leave it for the cleaner. Sitting on the couch you will be able to see the view of the pool. Our 55" smart tv has NETFLIX. Behind the couch is a small table with two chairs. You can open up the table into a bigger configuration to seat two more people (there are two folding chairs on the patio). You can feed little ones here, play a game of cards or leave a puzzle on the go. You will find more games, cards, dice and puzzles in the bottom drawer on the chair side of the eating bar. There is also a bookshelf with books for the avid reader. You will also notice a bar which has an electric wine opener, wine glasses, champagne glasses, beer glasses, liquor glasses, shot glasses & more. In the living room, you'll find a white binder labeled HOUSE MANUAL. Take a peak inside. There's information about the local wineries, things to do in Osoyoos, local shopping, emergency numbers & more! Walk out onto the patio & there is a table with two comfy deck chairs and a Weber BBQ which is hooked up to natural gas (no fussing around with propane tanks!). The view is lovely, looking out onto the inner courtyard & seeing the pool and hot tub. Imagine drinking a glass of your favorite Okanagan wine & reading a good book while relaxing on the patio, as you're keeping an eye on the older kids at the pool below. Guest access The code to the unit will be changed by the cleaner later that afternoon, shorty before your check-in time. She will change it to the last four digits of the phone number you have on file. Please be sure to only park in stall #210. Other things to note Please note that due to the fact that the condo is only 800 sq ft, we only allow a maximum of 4 adults OR 2 adults and up to 4 children. There is only one bathroom which can be a bit of a challenge should four adults book. We also DO NOT have an elevator, so if walking up and down stairs is a challenge, you may want to find a unit on the bottom level. Because of all the glassware under the bar, guests with little children will need to either watch them carefully so that glassware is not broken & children are not hurt OR move all the glassware up on the counters. We are Pet friendly, however if you plan to bring your pet (sorry, no cats), we charge a pet fee of $100 plus GST for the first pet and $50 plus GST for the second pet. PETS MUST BE APPROVED AT TIME OF BOOKING. Please note that this is a Family Friendly resort and units are in close proximity to one another.
