Ideally located just minutes from the Miami International Airport, the iconic Calle 8, Brickell, Wynwood, the Design District, and top aesthetic clinics, our home is perfect for travelers visiting for leisure, rest, or medical treatments. This is a fully private and cozy home with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You'll have access to two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious outdoor areas. It's a thoughtfully prepared, budget-friendly Airbnb with the comforts you’d expect in a much higher-priced stay. The property is part of a duplex-style home and shares a wall with a completely separate unit on the left side. However, that unit has its own private entrance and no shared spaces. You may occasionally see people entering or leaving that side, but you will have full privacy, as the main house and outdoor areas are exclusively yours. As our guest, you’ll have full access to the right side of the property, which includes: Two private bedrooms, each with a TV, A/C, fresh linens, and storage space. One full bathroom, equipped with towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and a glass shower. A comfortable living room and dining area for relaxing, reading, or enjoying meals. A fully stocked kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and all essentials for cooking. That’s why we offer 24/7 maintenance support, so you can feel safe and well taken care of at all times. To ensure a pleasant experience for you and future guests, we kindly ask that you respect the house rules, which are in place to maintain the quality and harmony of the space. Please take a moment to review the most important ones: No smoking inside the property. No parties, events, or gatherings without prior approval. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the property. If you plan to bring additional guests or extra belongings, please let us know before check-in. Please treat the home, furniture, and appliances with care. Do not move furniture without authorization. Always lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. Trash must be bagged and placed in the designated area. Pet Policy: At Mi Casita, pets are welcome! However, it is required that you inform us in advance if you plan to bring any pets. There is an additional fee of $50 per reservation for guests with pets, which helps cover the deep cleaning performed after a pet-friendly stay.
