The sugar sand beaches are four blocks to the west, and the bay is 2 blocks to the east. Have a seat on one of the many verandahs and enjoy the sparkling water views. The main living area is on the second floor and provides outstanding views from the kitchen and living room. Step outside onto the balcony and enjoy a cocktail or meal at one of the two high top patio tables overlooking the pool and canal. A spacious master suite on the second floor boasts a California King bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress. The en-suite bathroom will amaze with an oversized shower and gorgeous stand-alone tub. The two additional bedrooms are on the third floor and share a jack-n-jill bathroom. One of the king bedrooms has a sitting area with a sofa and a private balcony accessed by double patio doors. Take in the view and relax in the Adirondack rockers. The other third floor bedroom features a king bed and a set of twin over queen bunk beds. Each bedroom includes a TV and crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a full-sized washer and dryer. A sparkling, heated pool is one of the highlights of backyard and is complete with pool loungers, an outdoor shower, gas grill, and a picnic table. The covered poolside entertainment area features lounge seating, a bar with bar stools and a TV. The dock is available for fishing and accessing the canal. Have a seat on the bench and watch for the wildlife including all varieties of sea birds and possibly a manatee or dolphin! Soulshine is located on the north end of Anna Maria and a few blocks from Pine Ave and the City Pier where you may catch the the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation! Soulshine is a dog friendly home! If you have added a pet to your reservation under number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. 2 dog limit. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. The maximum occupancy is eight.
